Cancellations
Your reservation is made especially for you, and to ensure your time is reserved, we require a credit card on file. We understand that schedules can change, so if you need to adjust your appointment, we kindly ask for 24-hour notice. You can contact us by phone, text, or email. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee (see below). You will receive appointment reminders via email, text, and/or phone call 2 days prior or on the day of your appointment. Please ensure you are opted-in to receive these notifications.
FEEs
No-show - 100% of the service amount will be charged to the card on file if you miss your appointment without prior notice.
Holding Time Slot - For appointments 2.5 hours or more, a 50% deposit of your estimated service cost will be required to hold your time slot.
Cancellations - If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file.
pricing
Prices listed on our website or guest services are base rates. Final pricing may vary depending on your hair artist’s experience, the time required, product usage, and the length/texture of your hair.
punctuality
We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, charge a 50% cancellation fee, or provide a partial service.
Services
If you are not fully satisfied with your hair service, please let us know within 24-48 hours. We will work with you to resolve any concerns by offering a redo with your current stylist or a different stylist, based on your preference. Refunds are not issued for services rendered.
Returns
Salon product returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt from Balance Salon Spa. We do not accept returns for products purchased at other salons.

Private Station
We are pleased to offer a private station for guests who require additional privacy due to religious reasons or those who experience sensory overload and need a calmer environment.
Please note that the private station is not available for online booking. To reserve this space, please call our front desk at 813-972-0404 or text us at 813-851-3316. Our team will be happy to assist you with your request.
