Your reservation is created especially for you; therefore, we require a credit card on file to hold your specially allocated time slot. However, we understand that occasionally you may have to rearrange your schedule with us. We respectfully ask that you contact us via, phone/text, or email, 24 hours before your services or a fee will be incurred (see fees below). You will be emailed, called, and/or texted the day of or 2 days prior, to confirm your appointment. Please ensure you have opted-in to receive texts, calls, and email confirmations.
No-show - A charge of 100% of the service amount will be applied to the card on file. You will be charged if you do not cancel your appointment, and don't show up
Holding Time Slot - For appointments 2.5 hours or more, we require a holding fee of 50% of your estimated service.
Cancellations - A charge of 50% of the estimated service will be applied to the card on file for an appointment without 24-hour notice.
Pricing provided on our website/guest services is a starting point and will vary based on the experience level of your hair artist, the time required, product usage, length, and thickness of your hair.
We offer a 15-minute grace period for your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, you may risk either forfeiting your appointment, being charged a 50% cancellation fee, or receiving a partial service.
If you are not fully satisfied with your hair service, we must be notified within the first 24-48 hours. Preferably, before you leave the salon, to address any concerns immediately.
All salon product returns must be within 30 days of product purchase (no exceptions) with the receipt from balance salon spa. We do not accept product returns from other salon spas.
